Yes, the property runs both a credit and criminal background check. A copy of the General Rental Requirements can be obtained from the leasing staff.
In addition to a completed Rental Application and signed General Rental Requirements, applicants must provide a government issued Photo ID & Proof of Income.
If all required documentation is submitted with the application, processing typically takes up to 72 hours.
